By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail condition No. (iii) imposed by this Court (Coram: N.R.Borkar, J.) dated 13.02.2025.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 13.02.2025, this Court in paragraph No.7(iii) has directed that "The applicant shall not enter into the limits of Pune District till the conclusion of the trial except to attend the dates before the Trial Court" and in condition No.(iv) has directed that "The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station within whose jurisdiction he is going to reside after his release, once in a month i.e., on first Saturday till conclusion of

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No.7 (iii)of the Order dated 17.02.2025 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

(b) Condition No.7 (iv) of the Order dated 17.02.2025 imposed on the applicant is modify as under:

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."
