This is an Application for condonation of delay of 17 days in filing the connected Appeal against the Judgment and Order of conviction. 2.

After going through the Application, we find that the Applicant/Appellant has furnished sufficient explanation for the delay. Moreover, since preferring an Appeal against the Judgment and Order of conviction is a statutory right of the accused, the delay of 17 days, in our 1st August, 2025
