The Criminal Appeal No.1188 of 2024 is already admitted vide the order dated 23.01.2025. The I.A.No.3223 of 2024 for bail pending final disposal of Appeal is still pending. On the last occasion i.e. on 22.07.2025 nobody had appeared for the Applicant. Even today, nobody appears for the Applicant/Appellant.

The Interim Application No.2846 of 2025 is sent by the Applicant/Appellant through jail. It is mentioned that the advocate Digitally signed by VINOD BHASKAR GOKHALE Date:

13-ia-2846 & 3223-24 on record is not looking after this matter seriously and he is not giving N.O.C. The Applicant has prayed for assistance of a legal aid counsel.

Considering this request, the Legal Services Authority of this Court is requested to appoint a suitable advocate from their panel to represent the Applicant/Appellant in these proceedings. The office shall handover all the necessary papers to the appointed advocate.

The Interim Application No.2846 of 2025 is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.

The Interim Application No.3223 of 2024 be listed for further consideration on 09.09.2025.
