The Interim Application No.2851 of 2025 has been filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with a prayer to condone the delay of 43 days in preferring the connected Criminal Appeal. The Applicant is one of the co-accused who was convicted interalia under Section 302 of the I.P.C. and sentenced to major punishment of life imprisonment. 3.

In the Application, explanation for the delay has been furnished. We have perused the same. After going through the explanation 5th August, 2025

The delay of 43 days in filing the Appeal, is hereby condoned. 5.
