By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad.

Learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the order dated 23rd August 2024 passed by this Court in Interim Application No. 2804 of 2024. By the said order, permission was granted to the applicant to travel to Oman on certain conditions. 3.

The respondent-CBI has filed the affidavit-in-reply. However, there are no allegations that the applicant has breached the conditions of the order dated 23rd August 2025, by which he was earlier allowed to travel abroad.

In that view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the present application on same terms and conditions. In the result, the following order is passed.

O R D E R

A) The Application is allowed.

B) The applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 7th October 2025 to 21st October 2025.

C) The investigating agency shall handover the passport of the applicant for that purpose.

D) On his return to India, the applicant shall redeposit his passport with the investigating agency.

E) At the time of taking back the passport, for a limited duration, the applicant shall handover the original title documents of his residential flat in Pune, to the investigating agency.

F) On his return to India, the original title documents be returned to the applicant by the investigating agency. G) The applicant shall execute the P.R. bond of Rs.50,000/-.

H) The applicant shall give details of his itinerary, the contact details and the place where he would reside to the investigating agency at the time of taking back his passport. 5.
