Learned APP submits that he will take instructions as to the number of witnesses remained to have been examined.

Learned counsel for the applicant/appellant states that since 2023 the appellant's entry in District Pune is restricted. It is his further submission that no condition to that effect has been imposed against the co-accused who have been granted bail subsequently. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submits that having regard to the role of the present applicant in the crime, such condition was imposed, which requires no modification.
