The Applicants are released on bail and the condition is imposed to attend the Rajarampuri Police Station, Kolhapur on every 1st and 15th day of each month between 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon till conclusion of trial except on the dates of trial of this case. 2.
The counsel for Applicants has stated that the trial is commenced. The Applicants are attending the Court regularly. The condition imposed on co-accused is already relaxed. As the condition is imposed to secure presence of the Applicant and as the trial is already commenced, there is no need to secure the presence by attending the police station.

Hence, the Applications are allowed. The condition to attend the Police Station is relaxed.

The direction is given to the Applicants to attend the Police Station, as and when called.
