By order dated 28th April, 2025 in Interim Application No.1562 of 2025, this Court permitted the applicant to travel abroad from 20th May 2025 to 10th June 2025, subject to the condition of depositing a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as security. By this application permission is sought to withdraw the said amount of Rs.10,00,000/-.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant and the leaned APP for the respondent/State.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has returned back to India and has even deposited his Passport Dinesh S. Sherla 1/2
59-ia-2864-25.odt with the Sessions Court in terms of the order dated 28th April 2025. It is submitted that the applicant has duly complied with all the conditions stipulated in the order dated 28th April 2025 and thus he may be permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- deposited by him in terms of the said order as a security.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that the State has no objection to the request made.

In that view of the matter, the Registry is directed to refund the amount of Rs.10,00,000/- with interest, if any, to the applicant deposited by him towards security, in terms of the order dated 28th April 2025.
