2) In the cause title of the said Order, Criminal Application (A.P.L.) Nos. 895 of 2014 and 894 of 2014, have not been inadvertently typed by the concerned Secretary. The said two Criminal Applications needs to be mentioned in the cause title of the Order dated 7th August 2025. 2.1) Smt. Mahant learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that, infact the Interim Application No. 2872 of 2025, was filed for restoration of all the three Criminal Applications (A.P.L.), as stated in the 1/2

2.2) In view thereof, Criminal Application (A.P.L.) Nos. 895 of 2014 and 894 of 2014, be incorporated in the cause title and Order dated 7th August 2025, be corrected accordingly.

2.3) In view of incorporation of aforesaid Criminal Applications (A.P.L), para No.1 of the said Order be read as under: "This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application (A.P.L) Nos. 290 of 2014, 895 of 2014 and 894 of 2014, which were dismissed for non prosecution by Order dated 21st July 2025."

3) Order dated 7th August 2025 be corrected accordingly and corrected Order be uploaded on the Official Website of the High Court of Bombay.
