All these applications are between the same parties, hence, I am deciding these applications together.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has SHUBHADA SHANKAR KADAM Date: 2026.03.13 16:57:16 +0530 deposited total Rs.1,00,00,000/- before this Court, out of which,

Rs.75,00,000/- lakhs has been withdrawn by respondent No.2. The applicant has preferred revision applications against the impugned orders passed by learned Sessions Judge. During trial, the applicant was on bail. It may take time to dispose of revision applications and requested to suspend the sentence imposed on the applicant and release him on bail. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 strongly objected for suspension of sentence as cheque amount is of Rs.2,00,00,000/-. There are concurrent findings against the applicant. If the applicant is released on bail, he may abscond and requested to reject the applications. 4.

I have heard both learned counsel. During the trial, the applicant was on bail. The cheque amount is of Rs.2,00,00,000/-, out of which, applicant has deposited Rs.1,00,00,000/-. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has withdrawn Rs.75,00,000/- out of the said amount. It may take time to dispose of the applications. Considering these facts, I pass following order :

ORDER

i. The sentence imposed on applicant is suspended and he be enlarged on bail on furnishing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- in each matter with one two sureties in the like amount.

ii.

The bail bonds to be furnished before the Trial Court. Interim Applications stand disposed of.
