DATED : 15th OCTOBER, 2025 P.C. :- 1) This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.674 of 2019 which was dismissed for default as nobody had appeared for the Applicants. The learned Counsel for the Applicants submitted that on that day she was not well and she had requested her colleague to appear in this matter but even he did not appear. The situation was not in control of the learned Counsel for the Applicants and therefore, the matter was dismissed for default.

Hence, the following order :- :: ORDER ::

(i) The Criminal Application No.674 of 2019 is restored to original file.

(ii) The parties are at liberty to take circulation Criminal Application No.674 of 2019.

(iii) The Interim Application is disposed of.
