Considering the reasons assigned in the interim application, condition (i) of paragraph 14 of order dated 28 April 2025 stands modified as under:

i) The applicant is directed to be released on regular bail, upon furnishing cash surety of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only);

i-1) Within a period of eight weeks from the date of release of the applicant on regular bail, he shall furnish one or more solvent sureties in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the Trial Court, subject to the following conditions:
