This is an application for condonation of delay of 26 days in filing the Appeal challenging the Judgment and Order dated 06/05/2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Indapur, in Special Case (POCSO) No.2/2025. 2.

2025.08.13 15:09:04 +0530 also mentioned in the application that the Applicant is the only MANUSHREE NESARIKAR earning member in his family, which consists of two small Nesarikar

He was not in a position to deposit the fine amount of Rs.1,00,000/-. After a great difficulty he has deposited the fine amount. He could not engage any Advocate immediately. He is from very poor financial background. Therefore, there is delay. 3.

Learned APP does not have serious objection for condonation of delay.

Considering these submissions, in the interest of justice and also considering the fact that the delay is only of 26 days, the delay in filing the Appeal is condoned.

The Appeal be processed further.

The Application is disposed of.
