By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(iii) imposed by order dated 9th August 2024 passed by this Court (Coram :Anil S Kilor J.) in aforesaid bail application. Considering the submission of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned in the application, I pass following order :

O R D E R

(I) The application is allowed.

(ii) The condition No. (iii) imposed on the applicant i.e. to attend the concerned police station on 1st and 16th day of every month between 10.00 am to 12.00 noon till the conclusion of the trial except for attending the date of trial is hereby relaxed.
