By this application, the applicant is seeking relaxation of bail conditions imposed by this Court (Coram: Madhav J. Jamdar, J.) dated 27.08.2024.

Learned counsel for the applicant submits that by order dated 27.08.2024, this Court in paragraph No.13(b), has directed that "the Applicant shall not enter the Pune district after being released on bail, except for reporting to the Investigating Officer, if called, and for attending the trial" and in paragraph No. 13(d), has directed that "The Applicant shall report to the Mirajgaon Police Station, District-Ahmednagar twice every week i.e. on Monday and Thursday of every week between 10.00

100-IA-2982-2025 (CR).doc S. S. Kilaje a.m. and 1.00 p.m. till the conclusion of the trial. The Police Inspector of Mirajgaon Police Station, District-Ahmednagar to communicate details thereof to the Investigating Officer." Hence, requested to relax both the conditions.

Learned APP strongly objected to allow the application. 4.

Considering the submission of both the learned counsel, I pass following order.

ORDER

(a) Condition No. 13(b) of the Order dated 27.08.2024 imposed on the applicant is hereby relaxed.

(b) Condition No. 13(d) of the Order dated 27.08.2024 imposed on the applicant is modify as under:

"The applicant shall attend the concerned Police Station as and when required."

Interim Application is disposed of.
