His regular bail was rejected by the trial court on 22.11.2024. Due to financial constraint, he cannot appoint an advocate to prefer appeal before this Court. The appeal is not beyond 180 days from by SEEMA KSHITIJ YELKAR Date:

There are two provisos to Sub-Section 3 to Section 14-A of the Schedule Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. They are :- (i) By showing the sufficient cause, the High court can condone the delay for a period of 90 days.
(ii) Such condonation shall not be more than 180 days. 4.
In this case the appeal is not beyond the period of 180 days. For the reasons stated in the application, delay is condoned. The Interim Application No. 2994 of 2025 is allowed.

This is an appeal challenging the order of rejection of the regular bail. The learned appointed advocate is in difficulty. 6.
