This is an application for modification of condition imposed while granting bail to the Applicant by order dated 26th October, 2023 passed in Bail Application No.1291 of 2023. 2.

Learned counsel for the Applicant, restricts the Application to the extent of modification of condition of attendance before the concerned police station. It is his submission that for the last three years the Applicant is regularly attending the police station as directed and hence now there is no propriety in asking him to attend the police station any more. 3.

Learned APP though oppose application and modification of condition, he was unable to show any reason to continue with the said condition.
