By the instant interim application, the applicant is seeking modification of condition No.26(B) of order dated 28 August 2024, which requires the applicant to attend the Office of the investigating agency between 10.oo a.m. and 12.00 noon on the second Monday of every alternative month, till the conclusion of trial.

Learned Public Prosecutor, on instructions, states that considering the stage of investigation, condition No.26(B) can be modified to the extent of applicant making himself available for investigation whenever required. Hence, condition No.26(B) is modified as under:

"(B) The applicant shall report before the office of the Enforcement Directorate at 4th Floor, Kaise-I Hind, Ballard Estate, Fort, Mumbai whenever he is required by the investigating agency."
