The Application is filed for restoration of interim protection vacated under order dated 25.07.2025.

When this application (IA/3042/2025) was called out on 12.08.2025, learned Counsel for the complainant pointed out from paragraph 17 of the application that already Special Leave Petition - SLP (Cr.) is filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court challenging the order of this Court dated 25.07.2025. The matter was therefore adjourned to verify whether the said SLP is being pressed or withdrawn. 3.

Today, learned Counsel for the Applicants states on instructions that the Applicants wish to continue with their SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and therefore permission is sought to Sneha Chavan 1/2

Learned Counsel for the complainant has opposed on the ground that this conduct of filing parallel proceedings should not have been adopted by the Applicants and prays for heavy costs. 5.

Considering that the Hon'ble Supreme Court is already seized of the matter, the present application is permitted to be withdrawn and it is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.
