This is an application for condonation of delay of 19 days in filing the Criminal Appeal challenging the judgment and order dated 19 May 2025 passed by the Special Judge, POCSO Act, Baramati Pune in Special Case Child Protection No.107 of 2019. 2.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that the Applicant is in custody since 30 May 2019. He is from poor Pallavi

2 / 2 4-IA-3056-2025.odt financial background. He could not engage a private Advocate and therefore, the Appeal had to be filed with the legal assistance of the Legal Service Authority of this Court.

The learned APP does not have any serious objection. In the interest of justice, delay of 19 days in filing is condoned. Interim Application is disposed of.
