Heard learned counsel for the parties. This is an application by State (original Complainant) seeking leave to file appeal challenging the order of acquittal. There is delay of 78 days in filing the application. 2.

Learned counsel for sole Respondent (original accused) undertakes to file vakalatnama. He opposes delay condonation application contending that sufficient cause is not made out. No reply is filed. 3.
