This is an Application for restoration of Criminal Application No.614 of 2025 which was dismissed for non prosecution vide the Order dated 16/06/2025.

2) Learned Counsel for the Applicant submitted that it was the very first day on which the matter was listed. However, the learned Counsel for the Applicant was appearing before another Bench and therefore he could not remain present when the matter was called out, resulting in dismissal of the main Application. He submitted that there was no deliberate attempt to avoid appearing before the Court. 3) Considering these submissions and in the interest of justice, the Application is allowed. The Criminal Application No.614 of 2025 is restored to its original file. Learned Counsel for the Applicant is at liberty to get the 1/2
