Heard learned APP and learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3. They were granted regular bail by the learned Special Judge under the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 ("SC & ST Act"), Mumbai vide the order dated 25th November 2024. The First-Informant wants to challenge the said order.

There is a delay of 113 days. It is on account of illness. There are supporting documents. Today no one is present on behalf of the Applicant. However, I find there is sufficient reason for condonation of delay.

In view of that, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). Learned Advocate undertakes to file Vakalatnama for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The Special Judge as per the order dated 25th November 2024 has granted regular bail to the Accused No.5 to Accused No.10 / present Respondent Nos.2 to 7. The First-Informant intends to file Appeal against that order.
