This is an application for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.1304 of 2014.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner invited my attention to the order dated 01/07/2025 whereby the Petition was MANUSHREE NESARIKAR dismissed as nobody had appeared for the Petitioner and it was MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date: 2025.09.10 18:31:17 +0530 dismissed for non-prosecution. Learned counsel for the Nesarikar

On that day nobody had appeared for the Respondent No.1.

Considering this situation and in the interest of justice, the Criminal Writ Petition No.1304 of 2014 is restored to its original file.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner is at liberty to get fresh circulation of the original Writ Petition. 6.

The Interim Application is disposed of.
