2) Disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty." 2) Mr.Oak, learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, as a matter of fact, on 9th June, 2025, the trial Court had proceeded to record evidence before charge and the said sentence may be incorporated in Paragraph No.1.

"1) As the police have already filed chargesheet and the trial Court has already proceeded to record evidence before charge, learned Advocate for the Applicant on instruction seeks leave to withdraw Application unconditionally.

Leave granted"

2) Disposed off as withdrawn."

3) The Order dated 9th June, 2025 be corrected accordingly and the corrected copy of Order be uploaded on the Official website of Bombay High Court.
