The motion is moved for speaking to the minutes of order dated 21st January, 2026.

Learned advocate for the applicant submits that in paragraph no. 5 of the order dated 21st January, 2026, it is mentioned that "The applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the facility of bail."

In fact, the applicant was in jail during trial since the date of arrest i.e. from 19th April, 2023, he therefore seeks necessary corrections in the order.

In paragraph no. 5, the sentence "The applicant was on bail during trial and he has not misused the facility of bail" be substituted by following sentence.

"The applicant was in jail since 19th April, 2023 and he has completed almost three years in jail."

In paragraph no. 7, the sentence "the applicant be released on bail on same terms and conditions imposed by the trial Court, however, on furnishing fresh Bond" be substituted as follows : "the applicant be released on bail on furnishing personal bond of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties

in the like amount.
