This Court by order dated 19.12.2024 in Criminal Appeal No. 1182 of 2024 while releasing the applicant on bail has imposed the condition that the applicant shall not enter the jurisdiction of Tal. Baramati during the pendency of special case, except for attending the proceedings before the trial Court. By this application the applicant is seeking relaxation of the said condition.

The learned APP waives service of notice for respondent No. 1/State.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that applicant is getting married on 25.08.2025. The learned APP has not disputed the said fact.

Considering the facts and circumstances, at present it would be appropriate to relax the condition in question for the period of one week i.e from 21.08.2025 to 28.08.2025 and it is hereby relaxed for the said period. List the application for further consideration on 10.09.2025.
