This is an application for modification of the condition restraining the appellant from entering the Baramati Revenue Taluka. The offence registered at Vadgaon Nimbalkar Police Station. The first informant is also resident of Baramati taluka. Even though the Appellant claims that he is staying at Nira, Tal. Purandar, it is disputed by the learned Prosecutor.
