By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel abroad from 07.09.2025 till 13.09.2025. 2.

The learned counsel for the applicant has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 03.10.2022 in Interim Application No. 3180 of 2022. By the said order, permission was granted to the applicant to travel to Ireland from 10.11.2022 to 05.12.2022.

The learned APP for the respondent-State submits that the permission as sought may not be granted as the same is sought for pleasure trip.

It is not disputed that pursuant to the order dated 03.10.2022, the applicant has travelled to Ireland and returned back to India. In that view of the matter, I am inclined to allow the present application.

The Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
