I have heard Ms. Sharma, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Bajoria, learned APP representing the State, and perused the record of the case with their assistance. 4.

Considering the averments made in the Application and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant, it will be in the interest of justice if the Applicant is directed to mark his attendance before the Nagpada ATS Unit, Mumbai on first Saturday of every month between 09:00 a.m. and 02:00 p.m.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed of.

Rest of the order shall remain as it is.
