This Application is for modification of Condition [3] in the order dated 8th April 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1440 of 2024 whereby, the Applicant was directed to mark his attendance at Borivali Police Station on the first Monday of every month for a period of 3 years or till conclusion of the trial, whichever is earlier.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that for over a period of 1 and 1⁄2 years, the Applicant is attending the concerned Police Station, in compliance of the order. It is his submission that there is no propriety in continuing the said condition. 10th April, 2026.

Though, the learned APP opposes the Application, he was unable to justify continuation of the said condition. 4.

Hence, the following order:-

ORDER

(i) Clause [3] of the order dated 8th April 2024 passed in Criminal Bail Application No.1440 of 2024 stands cancelled;

(ii) The Applicant to attend the concerned Police Station, if there is a requisition in writing. 5.

The Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and stands disposed of.
