This Interim Application is taken out seeking recall of the order dated 5th August 2025 passed by this Court. By the said order dated 5th August 2025, the Criminal Revision Application along with Criminal Application has been dismissed for non-prosecution. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 strongly opposes the Interim Application.

However, for the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). 4.

Accordingly, the order dated 5th August 2025 is recalled and the Criminal Revision Application No.530 of 2016 and Criminal Application No.411 of 2017 are restored to the file of this Court. 5.

The Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
