The application seeks condonation of delay of two days in filing appeal under Section 42 of the Prevention of MoneyLaundering Act, 2002, being aggrieved by the order dated 9/04/2025, passed by the Appellate Tribunal, SAFEMA and PMLA, New Delhi. 2.

Upon hearing the learned counsel for the applicant and on perusal of the application, we are convinced that sufficient explanation has been offered for condoning the delay. Hence, interim application is made absolute in terms of its prayer. The Registry is directed to Register the Appeal. Ashish
