By the present Application, the Applicant is seeking the following relief :

a) This hon'ble court may please to allow the present applicant to be release on bail on cash security of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 2 months so that he can arrange PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25.000/-with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune." 3.

Grounds for seeking the aforesaid relief are mentioned in paragraph-4 of the Application which reads as under : Talwalkar

"4. The present applicant is seeking bail on cash security of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of 2 months so that he can arrange PR bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, Pune."

By Order dated 29th July, 2025 passed in Criminal Bail Application No. 2314 of 2025, the Applicant amongst other conditions was required to furnish PR. Bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. Mr. Ghodke, learned Advocate for the Applicant requests for furnishing provisional cash surety in lieu of regular sureties for a period of two months.

Ms. Mhatre, learned APP does not object to the request made by the Applicant, subject to the Applicant furnishing regular sureties within two months from today.

In view of the no objection by the Respondent, the Applicant is permitted to furnish provisional cash surety of Rs. 25,000/- for a period of two months from today. The Applicant shall furnish regular sureties within two months from today.

Subject to above, Order dated 29th July, 2025 shall remain unaltered. 8.

Interim Application No. 3225 of 2025 is allowed and disposed of on the above terms.
