The Applicants are legal heirs of Accused No. 2 who had filed APEAL/1018/2012. The Appeal is arising out of conviction under the provisions of Prevention of Corruption Act.

Learned Advocate for the Applicants submitted that due to pendency of the present Appeal, the monetary benefits of original Appellant, including pension and gratuity have been withheld. Original Appellant has already expired. He therefore prays for fixing the Appeal for final hearing. 4.

Considering the submissions and fact that the Appeal is pending from 2012, the hearing of the Appeal is expedited. List the Appeal for final disposal alowngwith APEAL/964/2012 on 13/11/2025.
