By this application, the applicant is seeking modification/ relaxation of condition No.(c) imposed by order dated 20th December 2024 passed by this Court (Coram : Anil S. Kilor J.) in aforesaid bail application. By the said condition, the applicant was directed to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday till the conclusion of the trial. 3.

I have heard both learned counsel. Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and reasons mentioned, I pass following order :
O R D E R
1.
The condition imposed on the applicant to attend the concerned police station on every Sunday of each month till conclusion of trial is relaxed.
The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when required.
The application is allowed in above terms and disposed of.
