At the outset, Ms. Newton learned APP, points out that there is an antecedent which has not been disclosed in the Anticipatory Bail Application. In view of the said contention raised by Ms. Newton learned APP, Mr. Harit, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant seeks withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application with liberty to file

Accordingly, the Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.

Interim protection granted by order dated 12th September, 2025 shall remain in operation for a period of one week from today. 4.

In view of the withdrawal of the Anticipatory Bail Application, nothing survives in the Interim Application and the same is also disposed of.
