Heard learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant/ Intervenor- Sanjay Shantaram Sangale in C.R. No.33 of 2025 registered at Sarkarwada Police Station, District Nashik seeking following relief "A. This Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the Registry to allow the Intervenor/First Informant to withdraw the said amount of Rs. One Crore Fifty Lacs as deposited by the Applicant-Accused pursuant to the directions as passed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court vide its Order dated 18.07.2025."

The said Application has been filed by the Applicant pursuant to the Order dated 18th July 2025 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.6590 of 2025. The relevant part of the said order dated 18th July 2025 passed by the Supreme Court, reads as under :- "The Registry of the Bombay High Court is directed to release the sum of Rs.1.50 crores, deposited by the appellant(s) herein to respondent no.2 or his representative(s)/complainant.
We clarify that deposit of Rs.1.50 crores by the appellant(s) as well as the release of the said amount to respondent no.2 is without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the all parties."

Accordingly, in terms of order dated 18th July 2025 passed by the Supreme Court in Special Leave Petition (Crl.) No.6590 of
2025, the Criminal Interim Application is allowed in terms of Prayer Clause-A and is accordingly disposed of. [MADHAV J. JAMDAR, J.]
