This is an application for extension of temporary bail granted to the Applicant vide the order dated 03/07/2025 in Interim Application No.2210 of 2022 in Criminal Appeal No.644 of 2025.

The order records the medical condition of the Applicant and also the assurance given by the Applicant that at the end of eight weeks from 03/07/2025 he would surrender before the Digitally signed by MANUSHREE NESARIKAR Date:

2025.09.04 12:55:15 +0530 prison authorities. But today, this application is preferred for MANUSHREE NESARIKAR extension of that interim bail. Learned counsel for the Nesarikar

2 / 2 17-IA-3248-25--IN-APEAL-644-2025.odt Applicant relied on the certificate dated 13/08/2025 (wrongly mentioned as 13/08/2026) showing that the Applicant requires physiotherapy and rest for atleast 3 to 4 weeks. 3.

Considering this situation, only on humanitarian ground, the temporary bail can be extended.

Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that though the prayer is made for extension of eight weeks, he is pressing for four weeks.

On humanitarian grounds, the interim bail is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. 6.

It is made clear that at the end of period of four weeks from today, the Applicant shall surrender before the prison authorities.

The application is disposed of.
