By way of the present Application, the Applicant seeks modification of condition 12(iii) of the order dated 4th December, 2024, imposed in Bail Application No.3841 of 2023. Condition 12(iii) of order dated 4th December, 2024, reads thus:- "(iii) The applicant, upon being released on bail, shall report to Goregaon Police Station, Mumbai on first Monday of each month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon during the pendency of trial."

Heard Mr. Shaikh, learned counsel for the Applicant and Ms. Tidke, learned APP representing the State. 3.

Mr. Shaikh submits that the Applicant is a resident of Madhya Pradesh, and he is unable to travel to Mumbai every month for attending the Police Station. He also submits that the Applicant is not getting leave from his office to attend the Police Station in Mumbai every month. He thus, prays that the said condition be modified.

Ms. Tidke submits that the charges are not framed as yet, and at least until the charges are framed, the Applicant must continue to attend the Police Station.

Considering the difficulty faced by the Applicant, as stated by Mr. Shaikh, the ends of justice would be met if the Applicant is permitted to attend Azad Nagar Police Station at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, which is within the jurisdiction of his residence, on every first Monday of the month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon.

The Applicant is permitted to attend the Azad Nagar Police Station at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, on every first Monday of each month between 10:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. 7.

Rest of the conditions of the aforesaid order shall remain as it is.

Interim Application is partially allowed in the aforesaid terms and is disposed of.
