Heard Ms. Bedekar, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Newton, learned APP for the Respondent-State. 2.

A learned Single Judge has granted pre-arrest bail to the Applicants by Order dated 24th January 2017, by imposing a condition that the Applicants shall furnish a bank guarantee of Rs.5,00,000/- each on or before 16th February 2017 in this Court and the said amount shall remain with this Court till the final disposal of the case. 3.

It is the submission of Ms. Bedekar, learned Counsel for the Applicant, that in fact after investigation, "A" Summary has been filed and accepted by the learned Joint Judicial Magistrate First Class, Cantonment Court, Pune, by Order dated 29th January 2025.

Accordingly, the Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
