By this Application, the Applicant seeks relaxation of condition 9(c) of the order dated 27th October, 2021. Condition 9(c) sought to be modified reads thus: "(c) The applicant shall not step in Ambernath Taluka till conclusion of the trial."

Heard Mr. Naik, learned counsel for the Applicant and Mr. Sonavane, learned APP for the State.

Mr. Naik submits that the Applicant is not the main accused in the alleged offence. He also pointed to the order dated 4th February, 2024, wherein similar condition imposed on the co-accused directing him not to step in Ambernath Taluka till conclusion of the trial was relaxed. I have perused the said order. By the said order the co-accused Santosh Balaram Vishe is also permitted to enter the Ambernath Taluka till conclusion of the trial, on a condition that he shall not indulge in any illegal activities. 4.

In these circumstances, the condition 9(c) insofar as the present Applicant is concerned, also stands deleted. 5.

The Applicant shall not indulge in any illegal activities.

The Applicant shall furnish his mobile number and permanent residential address to the concerned Police Station forthwith.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and is disposed.
