The learned Senior Advocate representing the Applicants submits that, at an institutional level, the Bank itself is making efforts to 1/2

Trupti ia-3295-2025 bring the parties together to explore the possibility of resolving the issue. The first meeting between the parties has brought them a little closer. However, much remains to be done to ensure resolution of the issue. Hence, it is prayed that this matter be listed on 15th October 2025 at 5:00 p.m. 3.

It is further informed that the anticipatory bail application with regard to Mr. Sainath Gharse, would not be pursued on the ensuing date, and the Applicants would only seek an adjournment in the matter with continuation of the earlier ad-interim protection . 4.

In view of the above, by consent of the parties, list this Petition on 15th October, 2025 at 5.00 pm.
