2) Learned counsel representing Respondent No.2, fairly states that, she has instructions to make a statement that, there is no objection in renewing the passport, provided, the renewal is permissible as per the applicable rules and the Application shall be duly considered. 2.1) However, once the passport is renewed, we direct the Applicant that, he shall not travel abroad based on the said passport without the prior permission of this Court.
