Interim Application No.2100 of 2025 1.
The First Informant - Hassanali Purohit has filed Interim Application No.2100 of 2025, seeking following relief :- (a) That this Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit Applicant - Hassan Ali, Partner, Dry Dock Trading LLC, to withdraw the amount of Rs.60 Lacks alongwith accrued interest thereon;

Mr. Abid Mulani, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant -Dr.Umesh Krushnaji Joshi, who is personally present in the Court states that the Applicant has no objection to grant Prayer Clause-(a) .

Accordingly, the above Prayer Clause-(a) is granted by consent.

The Interim Application No.2100 of 2025 is disposed of in above terms.

The Interim Application No.3350 of 2025 is filed by the Applicant - Dr.Umesh Krushnaji Joshi, seeking following relief :
(a) This Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to extend the time for depositing the balance sum of Rs.90,00,000/- as directed by this Hon'ble Court by a further period of six (06) months from today.

Ms. Dabir, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant, on instructions of the First Informant- Hassanali Purohit submits that the Prayer Clause-(a) be granted.
