By this application, the applicant/original appeallant is seeking suspension of sentence and release on bail. It is brought to our notice that the applicant had filed earlier such application. When a Division Bench of this Court, on 06.10.2023, expressed its disinclination to grant relief, a prayer was made for withdrawal. The same was granted and the applicant was permitted to withdraw the application and liberty was granted to mention for final hearing of the appeal, once the paper-book was ready.

After arguing for some time and when this Court was not inclined to grant relief, the learned counsel for the applicant submits that since the paper-book is now ready, this Court may fix the appeal itself for final hearing and in that backdrop, he prayed for permission to withdraw the present application also. 3.

The application is disposed of as withdrawn.
