By this Application, the Applicant seeks permission to travel abroad. 2.
Learned Counsel for the Applicant has drawn my attention to the order passed by this Court dated 19th December 2023. By the said order the permission was granted to the Applicant to travel abroad for one month. The Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that due to unavoidable circumstances, the Applicant could not travel pursuant to said permission. It is submitted that the Applicant has immovable assets in Mumbai and is thus not likely to abscond.

Learned SPP for Respondent No.1-CBI, ACB (Mumbai) submits that the Applicant is convicted for the offences punishable under the Prevention of Corruption Act. It is submitted that, thus, permission may not be granted.

The Applicant has immovable assets in Mumbai. In view of the order passed by this Court dated 19th December 2023, I am inclined to allow the present Application. Hence, the following order:
ORDER
i.
The Interim Application is allowed.
ii.
The Applicant is permitted to travel abroad from 01st October 2025 to 31st October 2025.
iii.
The Applicant shall submit detail itinerary to CBI before travelling abroad.
