Heard learned counsel for the Applicant and learned APP. 2.
The learned counsel for the Applicant requesting for relaxation of the conditions imposed on the Applicant that upon producing such valid pass-port and visa the Applicant shall place copies thereof before the Trial Court. The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that Applicant be permitted to file appropriate Application before the pass-port authority and counsel for the Applicant be permitted to take the Application made by the Applicant and produce it before the Pass-port Authority and direction be given to the Jail Authority in that regard.

The learned APP strongly objected to allow the Application. 4.
I have heard both learned counsel. Perused documents produced on record.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel and the reasons mentioned in the Application, I pass following order.
ORDER
(i) The Application is partly allowed.
(ii) The Superintendent of Taloja Jail is directed to permit the Applicant to make Application to the Embassy of Bangladesh for getting Pass-port and permit the Applicant to sign on the said Application. The learned counsel for the Applicant is permitted to take the Application from the Jail Authority and submit it in the Embassy of the Bangladesh. (iii) Application is allowed in the aforesaid terms.
