By way of this Application the Applicant seeks modification of condition (g) in paragraph No.10 imposed in the order dated 4th July, 2025.

Mr. Parmar, learned counsel for the Applicant submits that Applicant is a young person of 23 years of age. He submits that investigation is complete and charge-sheet has already been filed albeit charges are not yet framed. He
(P.A.) 502-IA-3389-2025.doc submits that reporting weekly to the police station is hampering the liberty of employment. The Applicant has no criminal antecedents and the Applicant is required to procure a job for his livelihood. The said condition is getting in the way.

Ms.Malhotra, learned APP representing the State submits that there cannot be entire relaxation of the said condition and she fairly states that it will suffice the purpose if the Applicant is directed to appear before the Police Station once a month.

Hence, I pass following order:- Paragraph 10 (g) of the order dated 4th February, 2025, is modified to the extent that the Applicant shall report to the Malvani Police Station once on first Saturday of each month between 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and until such time that the charges are framed and the statement of the victim as also the complainant is recorded by the Trial Court.

Rest of the order shall remain as it is.

Interim Application is allowed in the above terms and disposed of.
