This is an Application seeking modification of condition No. 12(d) in bail the order dated 20th June 2025 passed by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

By way of the said condition, the Applicant was directed to report to the Tilak Nagar Police Station, Mumbai on the first Monday of every month between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon, until further orders.

None appears for the Applicant when the matter is called out.

Mr. Mayur Sonavane, learned APP, on instructions from the Investigating Officer, tenders the case status as reflected in the roznama dated 9th January 2026 of the Trial Court. The same is taken on record. The roznama clearly indicates that a non-bailable warrant has been issued against the Applicant as the Applicant has failed to appear before the Trial Court. 5.

In these circumstances, there is no question of modifying the condition as sought.

The Interim Application is accordingly rejected and disposed of.
